Samantha Schutz was born in 1978. A graduate of Skidmore College, Samantha is a children's book editor in New York City. She currently lives in a studio apartment with sixteen journals, four pairs of vintage opera gloves, and one glass head wearing a sequined mask. I Don't Want to Be Crazy is her first published work. Samantha is currently hard at work on her next book—a novel about a sixteen-year-old girl who lives next door to a cemetery. Check her blog for more updates.
